Delivery and Postage
I Can Too use Australia Post to deliver our goods to our customers. We charge a flat rate of $8.00 postage anywhere in Australia. Generally we dispatch the next working day from order if item is in stock. We will email you upon dispatch.
We work hard to ensure ongoing stock supply; however, occasionally an item will be out of stock. In this event, we will notify you and you may change or cancel your order.
For customers paying for goods with a personal cheque, items will be dispatched upon the cheque clearing with our bank.
NB: For customers using internet bank transfer, items will be dispatched upon funds apearing in our bank account. Customers will be given seven days following order placement for payment to appear in our bank account. During this time a courtesy, follow-up email will be sent. After this time, if payment is not received, order will be cancelled and stock will be put back into our inventory.
We deliver within Australia only.

Returns
I Can Too is confident in the quality of our products so will happily exchange or refund items if they are not to your satisfaction. In this case, return postage will be at the purchaser’s expense. Refunds and exchanges will only occur upon I Can Too’s receipt of the original item in 100% perfect and unused condition in original and unopened packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Cost of mailing faulty items to I Can Too will be reimbursed to the purchaser by I Can Too. Faulty items will be replaced or a full refund given.
NB: Purchasers must first email I Can Too to notify of the return to receive a return authorization number. Please include this number when returning the item and state whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Privacy
I Can Too will not sell, rent, loan or otherwise disclose your personal information to any other agencies unless required by law to do so. Your details will only be used to process your order or for I Can Too correspondence. I Can Too shop site uses Paypal to process online credit card orders. As PayPal handles our credit card orders, I Can Too does not have access to any of your credit card details. However, we recognize that some customers may not feel comfortable providing credit card details on line. In this case, customers can purchase using a money order, internet bank transfer or personal cheque.

Advertising
I Can Too reserves the right to refuse advertising, including directory listings for any reason.
